Florida’s waterways are under attack. Will you help us protect them?
Friends of the Everglades is leading the effort driving the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers’ development of a new Lake Okeechobee System Operating Manual that would prioritize public health and safety and improve the management of Lake Okeechobee. Achieving these operational changes today would protect thousands of people from toxic blooms and would stop the collapse of the Everglades and Florida Bay.
We’ve made great progress this year but the fight is not over and your support will make it possible to continue this work in 2020.
Join our league of water warriors by participating in an incredible giving opportunity!
From November 29th (Black Friday) – December 31st, our partners at Patagonia will MATCH all donations given to Friends of the Everglades DOLLAR FOR DOLLAR when made through our Patagonia Action Works profile page.
